Counselling

About Sally

Sally is a counsellor, drawing on a range of psychological theories to guide her in her work and help clients understand and explore their thoughts and feelings safely.

Sally works alongside clients who are suffering from a variety of issues including (but not limited to), low self-esteem, stress, feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, depression, phobias, loneliness,

as well as those battling with change or unhealthy patterns of relating.

Sally believes that taking care of our emotional well-being is important, she thinks we can all benefit from counselling support in some way – it doesn’t have to be a resource we access only when we have reached a critical point.

She sees therapy as the chance to share with a trusted professional, entering a relationship that offers support and understanding, creating the chance to build self-awareness and provide opportunities for growth and healing.

Sally completed a degree in psychology and media studies and enjoyed a career in corporate advertising before training as a therapist. She is a registered member of the BACP. As well as working as a therapist, Sally writes about mental health for practitioners through blogs, articles and other related content.

Sally offers 12 initial sessions with the opportunity to extend your work together.
